Another stock board for the shop.

This time a Quartet by Neal Purchase Jnr

Board is 5'10 x 20" 1/4 x 2" 1/2

Has a really nice blue tint and NPJ glass on Quartet fins. Sanded finish for performance.

The Quartet is a great all round surfboard. The characteristic fin set up (always glass on) makes the board super fast while carving hard without the typical spinning of the quads.

Jose's Quartet

Better than the photos I can take are the ones you do with the board you just received.

A couple hours after receiving his Neal Purchase Jnr Quartet, Jose was taking photos to send me to show how stoked he was with his new toy.

UWL is working hard to finish all the NPJ's.Between Neal boards and and the usual worlflow at UWL, is a lot of foam to glass. But they know how to do it fast and still offer the best quality. But the wait, smaller or bigger is well worth. Neal Purchase Jnr shaped some really nice boards that are just perfect for most of the European waves, specially now during winter time when the surf is better.
Here are a few 2+1's and Quartets.
The 2+1 with glass on fins, is mine... can't wait to have it at home and ride it in decent surf.

NPJ Quartet

Although Neal Purchase Jnr has gained recognition with his 2+1's, I will start from one of his latest designs and the one getting more attention all over the web right now: The Quartet.

Instead of writing bull$%# here, let’s just use Neal own words:
