After so many photos with digital cameras, a few months ago I went back to 35mm film. Bought a used Pentax P30 on Ebay and started shooting, mostly in B&W.
Shooting film is another experience. You think a lot more before you press the trigger. Every photo, coming out good or not, has an intention behind it, something you want to capture and you try to do it the best you can, taking time to think, setting aperture and speed. Not shooting 10 photos of the same scene to edit later!
On this recent trip to France I used both the digital and the analogue camera. Got some great photos with both but the film ones have a special appeal.

Wavegliders goes to France

Nico and Carlos, the super talented crew from Wavegliders Surfboards will spend the summer working at Blend Glassing, near Hossegor SW of France.
It's a great opportunity to learn more and expand their knowledge on surfboard construction and knowledge of the European market. A big investment on the future of Wavegliders that will benefit all of us that love their work.
